This co-pilot idea sounds genuinely fantastic - I know someone who has motors control difficulties. I havent heard a thing about it, when does it go live and will it be universal in all Xbox games.
@XiNatsuDragnel Don't worry, somehow I get the feeling that Xbox One X won't have this problem!
Cosplaying as a menu! You gotta love gamers!
This story has bought out the fanboys who will support a dud feature just because they love the company! I know so many gamers who are the proudest Xbox fans, they don't care for Nintendo or PlayStation much, but LOVE Xbox. LOYAL to Xbox. LOVE Xbox. But they are also adults so don't need to be cheerleaders for a dud feature.
@aconnellan The relevance is that Microsoft, super rich company that they are, have limited human resources in development teams. With the original Xbox avatars Microsoft cancelled RARE games in development to move the staff to making avatars. With this new generation of avatars they also require development teams and staff to work on them. I just wish Microsoft was giving us more Xbox exclusives and these staff would be better served to make games than squander their talents on this stuff.
This is some serious fanboy crap from a legit website - no wonder YouTubers are growing and established games media websites are on the downturn.
Yes it's good that any sort of avatars are more inclusive of race, genders and physical mobility levels. But I don't care for avatars. A few years back I set mine on my Wii and then my 360 and changed it a few times and have truly forgotten about it and don't care about it - I only care about games. If the kids like av...
She has a pretty face without any distinguishing features which means it is great foundation for painting faces of different characters. Also her slender figure makes her able to emphasise the hyper-heroine poses of the female characters she plays. Very good work.
Phil Harrison is the guy that Phil Spencer ordered to reveal the Rise of the Tomb Raider exclusive.
@rainslacker UK and Germany are both bigger markets than Japan.
If you are talking about a market for PlayStation, Nintendo and Xbox consoles and games then Europe is a bigger market than China.
I would love there to be GoldenEye and Diddy Kong Racing but rights issues would block the first and Microsoft would block the second.
@UKgamer. That's a spot-on observation.
Microsoft have changed their tune. First they said it was the end of the traditional console cycle - but publishers told them there was no way they would move to a new generation without Sony and PS5. So now they've backtracked and the Scorpio' ambition was scaled back and the XBO X is firmly part of this generation and Penello is talking about generations again.
@Stogz Good comment, full of home truths without resorting to insults.
Tempering expectations or preparing their loyal consumers for disappointment?
She's fit.
Xbox One X is a premium console in which you pay over double the price of the Xbox One for the sole purpose of 4K. It also requires (if you want to experience it at its best) a premium 4K tv. If you can afford these I'm sure you can afford a superior internet service.
All those years since the Xbox One reveal with all that promise of Cloud Compute for just THREE HOURS of gameplay?
@Septic I think a HD version of Jet Set was released on Xbox 360.
What a clickbait article written to incite anger to Sony! Bungie can't talk about other platforms because of the marketing agreement with Sony, but definitely 4K is coming to X1X.
Phil Spencer shouldn't be having to use words to tell us about the power potential, there should be at least one exclusive to SHOW US. I know Microsoft have to support the standard Xbox One, but the Xbox One X has so much power and all these new features - but if it will only ever be used for a 4K upgrade then it will be wasted.
